The school leadership team consists of the principal, assistant principal, Religious Education coordinator and five instructional coordinators.

The principal and assistant principal lead the school in ensuring the school fulfils its dual moral purpose of education and faith along with the pastoral, legislative, systemic, industrial, financial, workplace and compliance needs of the school.

Instructional coordinators (and the Religious Education coordinator) are responsible for overseeing a particular grade, student learning outcomes, teaching practices and administrative operations. These staff members have leadership responsibilities and extensive experience and understanding of teaching practices and curriculum content.

Twenty-eight classroom teachers are supported by specialist staff in the areas of diverse learning, English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EAL/D), instructional coaches, learning support officers and subject specialists including sport, music, science and technology and drama. The school office administration team serves parents and staff to ensure smooth running and open communication across the school.
